Spring is finally here - and with it the long-awaited asparagus season! At the Hotel-Restaurant Rotes Einhorn in Düren, we are now serving you fresh asparagus in all its delicious varieties.

Our new Asparagus Menu 2025 offers the right dish for every taste - whether classic with boiled potatoes, in combination with tender schnitzel or refined with salmon steak, pork fillet or fillet of beef. Of course, the typical accompaniments such as hollandaise sauce or melted butter should not be missing - whatever you fancy.

As a light alternative, we recommend our Spring salad with steamed asparagus, courgettes and peppers or our creamy asparagus soup.
